Developing and Executing Marketing Plans
- Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with the company’s business goals.
- Design and implement both organic and paid advertising campaigns.
- Focus on brand positioning, sales growth, and brand awareness in these campaigns.
Digital Analytics and Data-Driven Decision-Making
- Utilize digital analytics tools to draw actionable insights from various platforms.
- Use data to inform decision-making processes.
- Stay updated on technological trends and identify emerging technologies to enhance the company’s offerings.
Email Marketing and SEO Optimization
- Oversee email marketing platforms and campaigns.
- Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
- Manage paid social media ad campaigns to maximize online presence and showcase innovations.
Collaboration and Communication
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the effective portrayal of the brand’s vision on digital platforms.
- Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand’s messaging.
Organizational Skills and Campaign Management
- Manage planning structures and publication calendars for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the scheduling and execution of advertising campaigns with exceptional organizational skills.
Audience Analysis and Targeting
- Employ critical and analytical thinking to understand audience behavior.
- Develop strategies for effectively engaging potential clients.
- Utilize expertise in psycho-geographically segmenting audiences for precise digital marketing targeting.
Problem-Solving and Deadline Management
- Solve problems related to advertising campaigns with a keen attention to detail.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and execution.
- Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads.
- English and Spanish languages required.
- Experience with various digital marketing channels and tools, such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
SALARY
- $95,000 to 115,000 annually; commensurate with experience.
