Email Marketing and SEO Optimization

  • Oversee email marketing platforms and campaigns.
  • Optimize SEO strategies to improve organic visibility.
  • Manage paid social media ad campaigns to maximize online presence and showcase innovations.

Collaboration and Communication

  • Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure the effective portrayal of the brand’s vision on digital platforms.
  • Utilize effective verbal and written communication skills to convey the brand’s messaging.

Organizational Skills and Campaign Management

  • Manage planning structures and publication calendars for marketing campaigns.
  • Oversee the scheduling and execution of advertising campaigns with exceptional organizational skills.

Audience Analysis and Targeting

  • Employ critical and analytical thinking to understand audience behavior.
  • Develop strategies for effectively engaging potential clients.
  • Utilize expertise in psycho-geographically segmenting audiences for precise digital marketing targeting.

Problem-Solving and Deadline Management

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, including strategy development and execution.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Ads.
  • English and Spanish languages required.
  • Experience with various digital marketing channels and tools, such as social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

SALARY

  • $95,000 to 115,000 annually; commensurate with experience.

LOCATION

  • Combination of remote work and in-office work in Miami.
